what will you do?
As a Creative Content Employee, you are co-responsible for developing and executing our marketing campaigns. You create compelling content that fits our brand identity and ensures maximum engagement from our community. Besides concept development, you are hands-on with creating content (photos, videos, graphic designs).
- Creating videos and other visual content for various channels.
- Writing engaging texts for social media posts, newsletters, and short articles for our blog(s).
- Setting up, planning, and executing social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Analyzing social media statistics and optimizing content for higher engagement and follower growth.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborations with influencers and external content creators.
- Monitoring market trends and translating them into new content ideas and strategies.
what do we expect from you?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level in marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Creative and visually oriented, with a keen eye for design and trends.
- Experience with content creation (videos, photography, graphic design).
- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or social media planning tools (e.g., Later).
- Experience in social media marketing within retail is a plus.

We are looking for a driven and creative e-commerce visual merchandiser who will be responsible for the appearance and content of our online shop. You will play a key role in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly online shopping environment, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth for by-bar.
what will you be doing?
- visual Presentation: Implementing the visual appearance of the online shop by creating attractive and relevant product pages, category pages, and homepage layouts. You will use images, videos, and banners to promote products.
- content management: Maintaining and updating content on the website, such as banners, promotions, and product descriptions.
- promotion and campaigns: Planning and executing online marketing campaigns and implementing marketing campaigns within the B2C environment.
- product displays and cross-selling: Curating product displays and recommendations to encourage cross-selling and upselling. You will maintain strategies like “related products,” “shop the looks,” and “bestseller” sections.

what will you do?
by-bar has ambitious international growth objectives. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the financial organization and the IT & data management structure. This includes planning, implementing, and managing financial activities such as business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also drive the further professionalization of finance and provide strategic advice to sustainably expand the international growth ambitions. Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach are essential in this role. You will lead the finance team (4 FTE), be part of the management team, and report directly to the owner-directors.

- Ultimately responsible for the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and planning & control cycle.

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure an optimal customer experience. You assist customers with questions about orders, returns, and styling advice via phone, email, and chat. In addition, you accurately process all communication in our system and ensure proper follow-up.
You act as the link between customer and organization and work closely with various departments to efficiently resolve customer issues. With your commercial mindset, precision, and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to improving our customer satisfaction.
what will you do?
- You help and advise customers with various questions about, among other things, their orders, returns, and personal styling through different contact channels (phone, email, chat, in person).
- You ensure the accurate administrative processing of questions, complaints, and their follow-up in the system.

What will your day look like?
As a customer service intern, you will be the hero for our customers. You will answer their questions via phone, email, and chat, help them with orders, and give them style advice with a smile. Every day is different, but of course, you always start the day with a delicious cappuccino or a nice cup of tea. You will work closely with your customer service colleagues and be involved in various tasks, such as:
- Answering phone calls from customers.
- Processing and handling incoming emails via Zendesk, from orders to product questions.
- Answering online chats in Zendesk.
- Efficiently handling returns, from registration to refund.
- Creating shipping labels in Sendcloud.
- Contributing to the optimization of our processes in the customer service department.
