how does it work?

we want you to be happy with your by-bar purchases. If that's unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The product must be unworn and undamaged and (as far as possible) packed in the original and undamaged packaging. you can registre your return on our return portal. link is available on the returns page.

make a change

Let's be aware together of the impact the fashion world has on our environment. Together we can bring a change. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. For this reason you cannot return for free at by-bar and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. The costs depend on the shipping method you select.

exchanges

would you like to order another size? Return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. The purchase amount of your return will be refunded within 3 working days to the account number with which your order was paid.

complaint

The by-bar team does its utmost to provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible. Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of its products and services. if there still is something wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible. You can registre your complaint on our returns portal when selecting return reason: Warranty.
