When completing your order, simply choose the shipping method that suits you best. You can have your order delivered in the following ways: 

• Home address – your own home address, an alternative home address or a business address. 

• ServicePoint – would you rather not wait at home for your parcel? During checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered to a Service Point near you. 

• Pick up in Breda – you can also collect your order at our office in Breda on working days from 09:00 – 17:00. You can select this option during step 2 of the checkout process. When choosing this option, no shipping costs will be charged. 

Not at home?
If you're not at home when the delivery driver arrives, they will first try to deliver your parcel to your neighbours. You will find a note in your mailbox letting you know exactly where your parcel has been delivered. If delivery to your neighbours is not possible, your parcel will be available at the nearest ServicePoint the next working day. 

track your order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order has been collected, you will receive another email containing a track & trace code, allowing you to track your parcel.

If your country is not listed, we’re unfortunately unable to ship to your address. Orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day*. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next working day.

*Please note: during special promotions and busy holiday periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We do our best to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

shipping United Kingdom 

We also ship to the United Kingdom*. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days after dispatch, and as we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, there are no additional costs or import duties for you.

*Please note that we’re currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
