shipping

Free shipping within The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg on orders above 75 euros*

*The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg: for orders under €75, the shipping costs are €4.99.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Notice! during holidays and promotions it is busier than usual. Despite the crowds, we do everything we can to process and send your package as quickly as possible. keep in mind that the package may arrive later than you are used to from us.

delivery

If you have placed an order on the website, you have the option to choose the method of shipment. You can have your order delivered in the following ways:

1. Home address; your home address, an alternative home address or the address of a company
2. Post.nl Pick up Point (Only available in The Netherlands and Belgium)
3. Pick up in Breda; you can also pick up your order at our office in Breda on working days from 09:00 - 17:00. You can indicate this at step 2 in the checkout process. If you choose this option, there are no shipping costs. Address: van Schootenstraat 19, Breda, The Netherlands
   

Not at home?
Our Carrier offers the order twice to your delivery address. If you are not at home the second time to receive your order, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there within 2 weeks with your proof of identity

track your package

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. as soon as the order has been collected by the carrier, You will receive an e-mail from us with a track & trace code with which you can follow the package.

shipping germany

Orders from Germany before 15:00 are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. The shipping costs to send a package to Germany are €6 for orders up to €75. Orders above €75 are shipped free of charge to Germany. 

shipping europe

customers within the eu (Luxembourg, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Denmark and Portugal) pay €9.99 shipping costs for orders up to €70. orders over €75 are shipped free*. In general, orders within the EU are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Countries we currently ship to: Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greece and Austria.
