When completing your order, simply choose the shipping method that suits you best. You can have your order delivered in the following ways:
· home address; your own home address, an alternative home address or a business address.
· Servicepoint; would you rather not wait at home for your package? During the checkout process, you can choose to have your order delivered directly to a ServicePoint nearby.
· pick up in Breda; you can also pick up your order at our office in Breda on working days from 09:00 - 17:00. You can select this option during step 2 in the checkout process. When choosing this option, no shipping costs will be charged.
If you’re not at home when the delivery driver arrives, they will first try to deliver your package to your neighbors. You will find a note in your mailbox letting you know exactly where your parcel has
been delivered. Was it not possible to deliver it to your neighbors? Then your package will be ready for you at the nearest ServicePoint the next working day.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as the order has been collected, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track & trace code with which you can follow the package.
Orders from Germany before 15:00 are delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
In general, orders within the EU are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
If your country is not in the above list, we are not able to ship to your address.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day*. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
