What are you going to do?
by-bar has ambitious international growth goals. We are looking for an all-round financial employee to strengthen the financial department. In this position you work closely with colleagues within the finance department and you have a lot of contact with other departments. You are precise, have strong communication skills and tackle issues proactively. In addition, you have an analytical view and you think about process optimization and automation.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Processing purchase invoices and preparing payments.
• Processing and monitoring credit card changes
• Responsible for the subadministration of the creditors
• Invoicing consignment customers
• Perform cost control analyzes and contribute to financial reporting.
• Managing supplier contracts and monitoring agreements made.
• Co-responsible for the accounts receivable portfolio and all associated processes, including close contact with customers.
• Financial handling of online sales and providing input for further automation of financial processes surrounding this sales channel.
• Proactive advice on automating and organizing financial administration more efficiently, with a specific focus on creditor management.
• Other financial work and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

• Data landschap beheren: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van het data landschap binnen de organisatie. Dit houdt in dat je zorgt voor de integratie van verschillende databronnen en systemen, en dat je de data-opslag en -verwerking efficiënt organiseert om betrouwbare en toegankelijke data te garanderen voor zowel operationele als strategische doeleinden.
• Proces optimalisatie
Je identificeert inefficiënties in bedrijfsprocessen en doet voorstellen van optimalisaties. Je ondersteunt bij datagedreven besluitvorming en fungeert als brug tussen verschillende afdelingen (finance, sales, operations, purchasing en e-commerce)
• Data analyse en rapportage:
Analyseren van datasets en ontwikkelen van geavanceerde Power BI rapportages. Je ondersteunt de afdelingen door analyses uit te voeren, trends te signaleren en kansen te identificeren. Samen met o.a de commerciële teams werk je aan data gestuurde besluitvorming en ben je in staat inzichten te vertalen naar praktische aanbevelingen. what will you do?
by-bar has ambitious international growth objectives. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the financial organization and the IT & data management structure. This includes planning, implementing, and managing financial activities such as business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
