how to return an item
Let's be aware of the impact the fashion industry has on our environment. Together we can make a positive change. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. For this reason you cannot return for free at by-bar and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. The costs depend on the country of shipment.
We offer a convenient and cost-effective return service. Below you will find more information on how to submit and send a return. For an overview of the return costs, see the FAQ topic about return costs below.

- Go to the online return portal and fill out the online return form.
- Log in with your ordernumber (you can find this on the order confirmation and on the packing list under reference) and email address.
- Select the item you want to return with the corresponding reason.
- Choose your preferred shipping method*.
- After submitting your return shipment, you can download the return label. You will also automatically receive an email with the return label.
- Drop off your return package at a parcel point of the carrier of your choice.
*It is also possible to insure your package. You will pay these costs directly and they will be in addition to the cost of your return.

We want you to be happy with your by-bar purchases. If that's unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product must be unworn and undamaged. If you return an item, we ask you to registre your return in our returnportal.
As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on it. After receipt it takes about 1 to 2 working days for your return to be processed. During busy sales or holiday periods, the proces of returns may take a little longer. We ask for your understanding.
As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. The purchase amount will be refunded within approximately 1 to 2 working days. The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.
giftcard
If you want to return an item that was purchased with a gift card, the amount of the returned item will be transferred back to a new gift card. You will receive the new by-bar gift card by e-mail. If you have used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded to your chosen payment method.

Unfortunately, you cannot return a webshop order in our brand store.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items for a different size.
Would you like to order a different size? Return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. The amount of your return will be refunded to the account number with which your order was paid.
It is no problem to return multiple orders in one box, provided that the relevant return forms for the different orders have been submitted online. This allows us to process your return quickly and correctly.
The item you want to return must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags included. The item has no signs of use or other stains. If a return does not meet our return conditions, you can unfortunately not return it. Your return must be sent within 14 days after receipt.
All items can be returned. Your return will be processed if it meets our return conditions.
The by-bar team does its utmost to provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible. Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of its products and services. If there still is something wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.
You can register your complaint in our return portal, when choosing the option warranty. Describe the complaint accurately, including a photo. We strive to answer you within 2 working days with information about the handling of your complaint. If you have a complaint about your purchase which you baught in one of our partner stores, we ask you to contact the relevant partner store.
This is not necessary! You can also return in your own packaging. It is important that your return complies with our return conditions and that you pre-register your return in our return portal.
