your role

Our Production Team is growing! Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager who will help bring our contemporary collections to life.

In this role, you will oversee the entire process, from the initial development phase through to the delivery of the final product.

You will work closely with our designers and suppliers and serve as the essential link between creativity and production. With your eye for detail, you will manage planning, quality, fit, margins, and delivery timelines. You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and enthusiastically contribute to the successful realization of our collections.

your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with suppliers, designers, sustainability, and merchandising teams
• Monitoring development sample and production lead times based on collection and production planning
• Driving progress toward our sustainability objectives
• Ensuring ERP and PLM systems are up to date with all required product information
• Providing timely and accurate updates to internal departments regarding collection and production progress
• Placing sample and production orders
• Negotiating prices and monitoring margins
• Managing quality from sample collections through final production delivery
• Creating size specifications and measuring samples
• Preparing and facilitating fitting sessions
• Traveling regularly to visit international manufacturers and suppliers

what you bring

• HBO-level education and thinking/working ability, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Technical, commercial, and analytical insight
• Affinity with fashion and production processes
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus
• Fluency in both Dutch and English

the role

You are responsible for managing our warehouse operations, continuously improving by-bar’s supply chain from production to customer delivery, and overseeing all logistics processes within our warehouse, including inbound logistics, pick & pack operations, and outbound shipments. In addition, you will share responsibility for the collaboration with our external fulfilment partner.

your responsibilities

• lead the daily operations of our warehouse in breda, acting as the first point of contact for permanent staff and temporary workers while ensuring smooth collaboration on the warehouse floor.
• create and monitor daily and weekly planning for inbound, pick & pack, and outbound activities, aligned with workload and seasonal peaks.
• coordinate incoming goods flows, ensuring products are received, checked, and stored accurately and efficiently.
• monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• process logistics administration within the erp system, including packing slips, goods receipt confirmations, and inventory adjustments.
• maintain an organised and safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• drive continuous improvement of operational processes by analysing lead times, identifying inefficiencies, and translating findings into practical improvement initiatives.
• contribute to the further professionalisation of the warehouse, for example through optimising workflows, warehouse layout, or erp system usage.
• participate actively in logistics-related projects, including implementations, seasonal preparations, and process improvement initiatives.
• work closely with the supply chain & warehouse lead regarding operational progress, capacity planning, and warehouse-related developments.

who are you & what do you bring?

• bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• at least 3 years of experience in a logistics or fulfilment environment, preferably within e-commerce.
• strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain overview during peak periods.
• experience leading and motivating operational teams and enjoying working together towards shared goals.
• a practical, hands-on mindset; you are present in the operation, quickly identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve them.
