We hope you love your by-bar purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure all items are returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached. You can register your return on our return portal.
At by-bar, you are responsible for the return costs. We believe in conscious shopping, together we can reduce unnecessary returns and minimize our impact on our environment.
*Insuring your return shipment is necessary in order to be eligible for a guaranteed refund. If you choose not to insure your return, the risk of loss or damage during transport remains with you as the sender, and we cannot guarantee a refund.

For this reason you cannot return for free at by-bar and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. The costs depend on the shipping method you select.
Would you like to order another size? Return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. The purchase amount of your return will be refunded within 3 working days to the account number with which your order was paid.
The by-bar team does its utmost to provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible. Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of its products and services. If there still is something wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible. You can register your complaint on our returns portal when selecting return reason: warranty.
