- Inspire and advise customers with your sense of style and fashion.

Who are you?

What will your day look like?
As a customer service intern, you will be the hero for our customers. You will answer their questions via phone, email, and chat, help them with orders, and give them style advice with a smile. Every day is different, but of course, you always start the day with a delicious cappuccino or a nice cup of tea. You will work closely with your customer service colleagues and be involved in various tasks, such as:
- Answering phone calls from customers.
- Processing and handling incoming emails via Zendesk, from orders to product questions.
- Answering online chats in Zendesk.
- Efficiently handling returns, from registration to refund.
- Creating shipping labels in Sendcloud.
- Contributing to the optimization of our processes in the customer service department.
- Assisting in the execution of competitive analyses.
- Providing support where needed for other operational tasks within the organization.
What do we expect from you?
- You are following an MBO training in the direction of customer service, commercial employee, or similar.

what will your day look like?
Every day is different, but of course you always start the day with a delicious cappuccino or a nice cup of tea. You will work closely with your colleagues in logistics and merchandise planning, and you will have a lot of contact with all departments. You will be involved in various tasks, such as:
- Supporting the daily tasks of the logistics process in Breda, i.e. inbound, outbound, and order picking
- At by-bar, a WMS and BI have recently been implemented. Both still need further optimization. As a logistics intern, you can play a major role in this.
- You will support the analysis of inventory and the performance of the various sales channels and zoom in on opportunities and risks.
- You are an important point of contact for your colleagues when it comes to day-to-day analyses and insights regarding sales results on the various sales channels.
- You will provide support where needed for other operational activities within the organization.

hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Geen dag is hetzelfde! Natuurlijk begin je met een goede kop koffie of thee aan onze gezellige keukentafel. Daarna werk je samen met het designteam aan de nieuwe collectie en ondersteun je bij verschillende creatieve en voorbereidende taken.
Je zult onder andere:
- Ondersteunen bij het creatieve ontwerpproces en trendonderzoek.
- Helpen bij het samenstellen van moodboards, kleur- en materiaalpresentaties.
- Assisteren bij het opzetten en bijhouden van collectieoverzichten.
- Meewerken aan het uitwerken van technische tekeningen en artworks.
- Ondersteunen bij pasmomenten en de ontwikkeling van samples.
- Contact onderhouden met andere afdelingen zoals development, buying en marketing.
- Meedenken over vernieuwing in collectiepresentatie en styling.
Kortom: een veelzijdige stage waarin je een uniek kijkje krijgt in het ontwerpproces van een modecollectie van A tot Z.
