We want you to be happy with your by-bar purchase. If that's not the case, you can return the item(s) within 14 days, provided it's unworn, undamaged, and includes all original tags.* Register your return online via the online return portal down below.
At by-bar, you are responsible for the return costs. We believe in conscious shopping, together we can reduce unnecessary returns and minimize our impact on our environment.
*Insuring your return shipment is necessary in order to be eligible for a guaranteed refund.
If you choose not to insure your return, the risk of loss or damage during transport remains with you as the sender, and we cannot guarantee a refund.
How do I return my item(s)?
step 1: Start your return online.
• Log in with your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation and on the packing slip under "Delivery note number") and the email address you used for the order.
• Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning.
step 2: Choose your preferred shipping method
• Choose the method that works best.
• The cost depends on the shipping method you choose.
• After submitting your return, you can download the return label. You will also automatically receive an email with the return label.
step 3: Send your return package
Drop off your return package at a parcel point of the carrier of your choice.

• Return period: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Conditions: Make sure the items are unworn, undamaged and include all original tags.
• Warehouse exception: Did you collect your order from our warehouse? Do not register it through the portal. You can return it directly to the warehouse.
• Insure your return: Within our return portal, we offer you the opportunity to fully secure your shipment for a nominal fee. This protection covers the full value of your items, guaranteeing that you receive your refund, even if the package is lost or damaged while in transit to us.
We've simplified and made our returns process more flexible by moving everything online. From now on, all returns must be registered through our return portal.
Let's be aware of the impact the fashion industry has on our environment. Together we can make a difference. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter, and return less. For this reason, by-bar doesn't offer free returns, and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose.

The return costs will be deducted from the refund of your return shipment.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged and include all original tags.
We'll start processing your return immediately as soon as we receive it. After receipt, it takes approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. During peak sales or holiday periods, returns may take a little longer to process. We ask for your understanding.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. The purchase price will be refunded within approximately 1 to 2 business days. The return amount will be refunded using the same method used to pay for the order.
Giftcard
Did you pay for (part of) your order with a by-bar gift card? Then the amount of the returned item will be refunded to the same gift card. You will not receive a new gift card by e-mail. If you paid with a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the return amount will always be deducted from the gift card first. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the other payment method you used.
Unfortunately, you cannot return a webshop order in our brand store.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items for a different size.
Would you like to order a different size? Return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. The amount of your return will be refunded to the account number with which your order was paid. Please note: the refund will appear under de name Stichting Mollie Payments
It is certainly possible to return multiple orders in one package. Follow the steps below to correctly register your return.
Start your return
• Log in with your reference number (found on the order confirmation and on the packing slip under 'reference number') and the email address you used for the order.
• Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
Add your second return
• Within the same return registration, add an additional reference number.
• Then, select the items from the second order that you want to return.
Choose your preferred shipping method
• Choose the method that works best for you.
• The cost depends on the shipping method you choose.
• After submitting your return, you can download the return label. You will also automatically receive an email with the return label.
Send your return package
• Pack the items from both orders together in one box.
• Make sure to include all packing slips (from both orders) in the package. This is necessary for a correct and prompt refund of both orders.
The item you want to return must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags included. The item has no signs of use or other stains. If a return does not meet our return conditions, you can unfortunately not return it. Your return must be sent within 14 days after receipt.
All items can be returned. Your return will be processed if it meets our return conditions.
The by-bar team does its utmost to provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible. Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of its products and services. If there still is something wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.
You can register your complaint in our return portal, when choosing the option warranty. Describe the complaint accurately, including a photo. We strive to answer you within 2 working days with information about the handling of your complaint. If you have a complaint about your purchase which you baught in one of our partner stores, we ask you to contact the relevant partner store.
This is not necessary! You can also return in your own packaging. It is important that your return complies with our return conditions and that you pre-register your return in our return portal.
