The stock of all items is updated in the morning. If the item you are looking for or a
specific size is no longer available in the webshop, it is unfortunately sold out. If you would like to know whether a store has purchased the item, please contact customer service.

Most of our collection is produced in Europe, particularly in Italy, Turkey, and Portugal, alongside our long-standing partners in India, with whom we have been working since the start of by-bar. Moving forward, we are determent to introduce repair and re-commerce initiatives to minimise waste and extend the lifespan of each product.

You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can fill in your details
during the checkout process and the order will be sent to you.

You can remove items or adjust the number of products in the shopping bag page by clicking on the icon (shopping cart) at the top right of the website. You can also make changes during the order proces an/ore in the check out.

You can change the delivery address during checkout before placing the order.

Once an order has been completed, it is no longer possible to add an extra item, change a size or make another change. In this case a new order will have to be placed.

It is not possible to cancel or change your order once it has been processed.

Enter the discount code at checkout, under the heading “Discount codes or Gift vouchers.” Don't forget to check the specific conditions of the code.

The code of the giftcard must be entered under the heading “gift card or discount code”. In addition, it is important that you copy the code from the email, because a 'zero' can be seen as the letter o and the letter 'i' can be seen as an 'l'. Make sure that there is no space before or after the code. If it still does not work with adding the code, please contact our customer service or look at the giftcard page.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay afterwards.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately get to work. Unfortunately we can no longer make changes.

It is no problem if you are not at home when we deliver your package. The postman will offer the package to you again the next working day. If you are absent again, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. The package is then held here for 7 days. The address of this post office can be found on the carrier note that is left in your mailbox.

You will receive an order confirmation from us immediately after placing your order. When the package has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email from the carrier containing a track & trace code. With this code you can track the status of your package and see what time it will be delivered to you.

Packages are collected every working day and will be delivered as soon as possible. During busy periods it may take a little longer, we ask for your understanding.

Unfortunately, it is always possible that something unexpected has gone wrong, resulting in you receiving a damaged or incomplete item.

We want you to be satisfied with your by-bar purchases. If this is not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unworn and undamaged.

Returns must always be submitted through the by-bar online return portal. We offer a low-cost service. You can also choose to drop-off the package personally in our warehouse.

Returns must be registered via the by-bar online returns portal. Enter the reference number and email address for your order in the portal. You will find the reference number at the bottom of the packing slip, in the packing slip details. Use the email address you used to place the order. Please note: the packing slip number and the reference number are two different codes.

You can drop it off at our head office on working days between 09:00 and 17:00, after submitting the return request in our return portal.

Unfortunately you cannot return a webshop order in our brand store.

It is no problem to return multiple orders in one box, provided that the relevant return forms for the different orders have been submitted online. This allows us to process your return quickly and correctly.

At by-bar, shipping costs are not free and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose. It is important that we are aware of the impact that the fashion world has on our environment. Together we can bring about change. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter, and return less.

It is not possible to exchange your order. However, you can return the item in question and place a new order. The purchase price of your return will be refunded within 5 working days to the account number used to pay for your order.

As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on it. After receipt it takes about 1 to 2 working days for your return to be processed. During busy sales or holiday periods, the proces of returns may take a little longer. We ask for your understanding.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. The purchase amount will be refunded immediately. The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order. Please note: the refund will appear under de name Stichting Mollie Payments

by-bar’s commitment to reducing our environmental footprint starts with measurement. Each year, we track our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, covering direct emissions from our office, stores, and business travel. To offset these emissions, we invest in a Climate Neutral Group project and have made additional improvements, such as switching to renewable energy for our warehouse.

Our roadmap includes plans to measure our Scope 3 emissions, our main challenge, at both total and product levels. Scope 3 covers emissions outside our direct control, primarily from our supply chain. In preparation, we are already taking meaningful steps to reduce these emissions, such as reducing air shipments, increasing our use of low-impact materials, and implementing low-impact packaging.

Since the beginning of 2024, we partnered with tex.tracer, a transparency platform that enables us to map the entire journey of our products, from cotton field to the final item, working closely with our suppliers at each stage. Starting next summer, many of our products will feature a QR code, allowing you to trace their journey. This approach lets us share our transparency efforts and gives you an inside look into each product's story!

Each season, we set goals to increase our use of low-impact materials, such as recycled, organic, and upcycled fibres. We use a fibre index to identify the most sustainable options, allowing us to make conscious choices that reduce our environmental footprint. Currently, 31% of our collection is made from lower-impact materials, and our upcoming Spring/Summer collection will raise this to 46%. We are committed to increasing this percentage annually.

Customers can contribute to sustainability by choosing quality, conscious made clothing and extending each item's life through care, repair, and recycling. At by-bar, we offer tips to make products last. Look for our 'conscious choice' logo online for lower-impact items and use our size guide to reduce returns. When it is time to part with a piece, consider reselling, donating, or passing it on to someone who will enjoy it. Making conscious choices can make a big impact.

Tex.tracer is a transparency platform that enables brands to trace the full journey of their products, from raw materials to finished goods, supporting transparency and sustainability. With Tex.tracer, customers can access detailed information about the materials and processes behind each product. From next summer (2025), many products will feature a QR code, enabling consumers to make informed choices about the environmental impact of their purchases.
